1. Once I purchase a Calling Plan, how do I use it?
Upon purchasing a Calling Plan from RAZA Communications, you will receive an email message providing you with a toll-free or local access number, PIN Number, Customer service number and instructions to Dial. Simply, call the toll-free access number, enter your PIN Number and then dial the phone number of the person you are calling. If you are a new customer, our customer support team will call you to verify your order.

2. What if I do not want to use PIN Number (Personal Identification Number)?
Our New packages provide pin-less dialing. You just have to dial the toll free number or local access number and then the destination number followed by the Pound key (#). There is no need to dial your PIN Number.

3. Can I make calls from my Cell phone?
Yes! You can call from your Cell phone with no extra charges from RAZA Communications. Make sure you don't press SEND/TALK (Green) button after entering the destination number and Pound Key (#). If you have a limited minute's package on your Cell phone from your Wireless company, you may get billed from your Wireless company if you went over your plan minutes, and RAZA Communications will not be responsible for that.

4. Can I use my Phone Plan to dial another country other than the country I originally bought the plan for?
Yes, however the rates that are advertised on the web only apply to the specific country for which the card was intended. Please visit the respective rate page to check current rates for that country.

5. Can I view my Call details?
Call details for certain plans will be available online. Calls details will only be available for last 120 days.

6. If my Phone Plan expires can I be reimbursed for the unused portion of the plan?
No. Please make sure to exhaust your Calling Plan prior to 90 days from the date of purchase. However, some cards have no expiration date. Please see the card details For expiration date information.

7. Why do I have to wait for my account to be activated before receiving my PIN Number?
In RAZA Communications, confirming your order is the way of ensuring consumer's protection against credit card fraud. Once your account has been verified and activated you will start receiving your PIN Number instantly via e-mail.
8. How do I know which plan is right for me?
RAZA Communications offers calling plans to call anywhere in the world. To find out the rates to the country and city you are calling to by selecting the right country and city option while searching for the plan Online. Just select the country you will be calling from and the destination to which you will be calling to and you will get different plans with different per minute rate. Connection fee Plans usually offer lower rates, but charges you a connection fee on each call. These plans offer more minutes and are better for longer conversations. Opting for a no connection fee plan is usually a better choice for shorter, more frequent phone calls to a certain destination. If you are calling to cellular phones, then choose a card which denotes that it is specifically for calling cellular phones. Also, note that some of our cards offer discounted rates to certain major cities within a country.

9. What if I do not have a credit card? Is there another way to purchase from RAZA Communications?

10. Why are the rates different when calling a cell phone?
In most non-domestic countries, a surcharge is applied when calling to a cellular phone. This additional charge results in rate increases. However, for certain countries it is cheaper, such as India.

11. Is it safe to purchase your service over the Internet?

12. I lost the password to My Account. How do I get it back?

13. I lost my access number and PIN Number. How do I get that back?

In this case please go to "MY ACCOUNT" and you will see your most recent purchases. If you do not find the pin number you are looking for, please call us we will try to provide that to you.

14. Can I recharge my Calling Plan?

Absolutely, Yes!! Our website will allow you to use the same PIN Number and let you add more money to it once you use up the existing balances. You must purchase a rechargeable card initially for this feature to work.

15. If a card has a weekly fee how it will be charged?
If a card has a weekly fee, it will be deducted after the first call and then it will not be deducted until the next week.

16. What if the rate on the site differs from the rate on the calling package purchased?
If the rates on the site differ from the rate of the calling package, customers are requested to contact us as soon as possible and should not use the card. If they use the card without contacting us, then they will get the minutes which were prompted on the calling package and not on the site.
