At any time, if you wish to cancel your plan, just e-mail us or call us at 1-877-463-4233 we will cancel your Monthly Pak plan from the next billing cycle. There will be a $5.99 fee to change or cancel your Monthly Pak plan.
Calls from Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico will be higher. Rates and fees are subject to change without notice. Dialing to International mobile destination will be higher. Please check the rates before making a call. There will be 1.5 cents/min charge when using a Toll Free access number from the areas where local access is available.
