Setup
- Login to your My Account page.
- Click on the Edit button under the One Touch Dial option.
- Select your One Touch Dial number
- Save and select the One Touch Dial number to reach your destination number directly.
- Assign One Touch Dial number to your destination phone number.
- Dial the One Touch Dial number saved in your contact list.
- Just make sure to call from a phone that is registered with us. The rest will be taken care by Raza, Just keep talking.

How can I make a call using the One Touch Dialing feature?
It's as easy as local calling!!
Make sure you are calling from a phone registered with us.- Just Pick-Up your phone and dial the local # corresponding to your friend's name that you have saved in your phone

Does One Touch Dialing feature work with all service providers?
Yes. If your phone service provider supports caller ID. Some internet phone service providers like Skype for example, do not provide its users with caller ID for outbound calls. In this case you would need to use your account's PIN number that could be provided to you on request upon activation of your account based on the plan purchased.

How can I place an international call from my phone to a number that is not set up for One Touch Dialing?
After you sign up, you can start making international calls from any of the registered phone right away i.e,using any other Raza access Numbers that is not setup for One Touch Dialing. Our system recognize your phone and automatically would prompt you to dial the destination number. After being prompted,
To call within USA, Canada or Caribbean: Dial 1 + Area Code + Number followed by # sign.
To Calls other countries: Dial 011 + Country Code + City Code + Number followed by # sign.
*(Once you have dialed the destination number, please do not press send key.) -
Can I use "One Touch Dial" if my caller ID is blocked?
Yes!. If you are saving 'One Touch Dial' Number into your phone's memory you have to save it with *82 in front of it (*82 646 xxx yyyy). Caller ID of your phone will still be blocked if you are placing any other calls.

Can I use One Touch Dialing to call any country in the world?
You can make calls to absolutely any country in the world using your Raza.com service. Make sure you select the appropriate country in the drop down provided while setting up your One Touch Dialing. You can check the rates for any specific country by clicking here.

You can register upto 15 One Touch Dialing numbers in your account.

How do I make calls from 2 different plans using one phone number?

- It shows the date and time of your call, the "Calling from" and "Calling to" number.

You can view past 60 days call details from the current date.

Can I see how much each call charged me?
Yes, it shows you the duration as well as the charges of the call.

Would I be able to see the access number I made the call from?

Steps to view your call details
- Login to your my account page.
- Under My account page, click onEdit button under Call details tab against your plan.
- You are now viewing the call details of the current month.
- To view the call details of the previous month, click on the tabs available on the top left hand side of the call details page.

How soon can I use my quickeys once assigned or edited?
Immediately.
- Login to your My Account page.
- Click the Edit button under the Green color Quickey setup Tab against your plan.
- Now Select the country, enter the city code, reference name, Quickey you want to set up ( e.g. 1 or 5 or 10 )
- Click add or update
- Now simply pick up your phone, dial the access number, upon prompt dial # key followed by the Quickey number assigned.

How can I enroll my plan to auto-refill?

When can I cancel my auto-refill?
You can cancel the auto-refill feature at any given time. Under my account just click on the DEACTIVATE button to cancel. ( some restrictions may apply to discounted plans)

Do I have to pay service charge if I redeem my points?
It depends upon the plan you select to recharge or purchase. If your plan has service fee, then total points required to redeem will be equivalent to the final amount including service fee. For example,if you want to redeem for $10 and your plan has service fee of $1, total points required will be 1100 not 1000.

How will I know about the reward points that I have accumulated?
You can log in to Your Account, and check/redeem your reward points. Your reward points may not reflect immediately after a purchase, it will reflect within 24 hours after the transaction is completed.

What is my personal toll-free number?

What is my custom itinerary?
If you will be traveling to many destinations and would like to have your Call Forwarding number ring to all your different destinations, just setup a custom itinerary. The custom itinerary allows you to have your destination number change based on your travel dates and the phone number you would like to be reached at. As an example, let's say you will be traveling to London from the 1st of the month till the 7th and from there you will be in India from the 8th till the 15th. You can setup your custom itinerary to have your calls ring to your number in London from the 1st till the 7th and then have you calls ring to you in India from the 8th till the 15th.

Each mobile provider as well as home and office phone providers have their own way of forwarding calls. Please contact your phone providers to find out how you can forward your calls to the personal toll-free number that is provided to you when you purchase the Call Forwarding feature.
